Patek Philippe presents the 5470P Grand Complications, a high-performance manually wound watch with a 1/10th of a second display. Powered by the CH 29-535 PS caliber, the watch is equipped with a monopusher chronograph mechanism that is accompanied by six patents (2009). To guarantee simple and fast reading of measured times, the movement includes a patented system of concentric seconds and fractions of a second indications. The watch is also equipped with the Oscillomax regulating organ, developed by Patek Philippe's technical department and featured in the 2011 “Advanced Research” series (17 patents). The 5470P is encased in a platinum case with interchangeable solid and sapphire crystal case backs, and is water-resistant to 30 m. The dial features a blue varnished surface and gold applied Breguet numerals. The navy blue calfskin strap is embossed with a fabric pattern and hand-stitched, and fastens with a fold-over clasp.
