The Ladies Automatic Nautilus in steel with a diamond-set bezel has been given a slight update with a larger diameter of 35.2 mm instead of the previous 33.6 mm. Patek Philippe has also introduced new dial colors, including blue opaline, silvery opaline, and gray opaline that gradually fades to black at the periphery. This watch is powered by a self-winding mechanical movement, the Caliber 324 S C, and features a date aperture and sweep seconds hand. The silvery opaline dial is enhanced with gold applied hour markers and numerals that have a luminescent coating.

The steel case is water-resistant up to 60 m and has a sapphire crystal case back. Additionally, the diamond-set bezel features 56 diamonds weighing approximately 0.67 ct. The steel bracelet comes with a fold-over clasp that has a new adjustment system, providing the wearer with between 2 and 4 mm of extra bracelet length for increased comfort. Finally, the watch is secured with a Nautilus fold-over clasp.
